Thanks for being rad

I wanted to offer a thunderous digital hi-five to everyone who came out to our launch week events, so I made you this.

It was super cool and super weird to see our tap handles at so many rad bars. And then to see people drinking our beers (sometimes in our pint glasses!) and seemingly enjoying themselves, was an added layer of surreal awesomeness. All in all, a really cool and really exhausting week. 

Quick update on other stuff: this week we'll be kegging our second batches of Lomaland, Fortunate Islands, and Blazing World; they should start to percolate out into the world over the coming weeks. Once we're able to taste them on-tap, I'll offer some tasting notes and talk about what we did differently. So far though, I'm really excited about how these are turning out. I think it's safe to predict significant improvements in all 3 beers.

Second item: we're finally finished with the permitting debacle that had been holding up the tasting room. We're starting construction this week, and I'm hoping we'll be done in 2-3 weeks. So keep your eyes out for an email newsletter announcement when we're ready to open.

Third item: our second 100% Brett Trois batch is nearly done fermenting and it's tasting awesome. I'll write up a full report with the recipe and everything once it's closer to being packaged, but I named it Roraima, after this South American mountain covered in carnivorous plants.
